Towards the end of the university year, you’ve probably already accomplished a lot. You’ve found the perfect student accommodation (well, only if you decided to stay in Study Inn’s in Nottingham, Sheffield, Cambridge or Coventry), you’ve attended 9 am lectures and actually stayed awake for the whole thing, you’ve managed to avoid spending your entire student loan on pound a pint student nights and you’ve hopefully learnt a whole bunch of new information. Although, you still have one final hurdle; end of year exams. These can be extremely stressful, with lots of knowledge needing to be crammed into your brain in relatively short period of time. This can have you dreading the night before the exams, but there is no need to panic as Study Inn has put together some tips to leave you feeling prepared for you exam. We offer free guides, just click here for more information.
Eat a healthy meal
Our diet plays a huge part in our mental and physical health, so will definitely have an impact on your performance in an exam. Drinking lots of caffeine or sugar and eating fatty, greasy foods, will keep you awake on the night and leave you sluggish and lethargic in the morning, which is the exact opposite of what you want during an exam. Have a well-balanced healthy dinner the night before and your mind will be working much better for you exam.
